Important Notice
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gamesph ("gamesph," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the gamesph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the gamesph platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and support services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the gamesph platform from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the gamesph platform and close your account. Continued use of gamesph following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of gamesph, including
registered players, guests browsing the platform, and any individual accessing gamesph from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access is permitted.
To register and use gamesph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gaming activities.
- You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing gamesph from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of gamesph or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
- You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from gamesph or any other gaming platform operated under Philippine gaming regulations.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority in the Philippines.
Age Verification
gamesph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at gamesph's sole discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. gamesph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible.
To access the full range of gamesph services, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active gamesph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
- Account Verification: gamesph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting full account access. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- Account Ownership: Your gamesph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
- Minors: If gamesph determines that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed and all associated funds handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
gamesph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your gamesph account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:
- You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- You must use a strong, unique password for your gamesph account and update it regularly.
- You must notify gamesph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
- You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
- You must not access gamesph through automated means, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized third-party software.
gamesph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — will be your responsibility unless you have notified gamesph of a security breach in a timely manner.
Security Tip
gamesph will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, please report it to our support team immediately.
All financial transactions on gamesph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted Payment Methods: gamesph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time.
- Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the gamesph cashier page and may vary by payment method.
- Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to fully verified accounts. gamesph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawal Processing Time: gamesph aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
- Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
- Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). gamesph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
- Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted at gamesph's discretion.
Anti-Money Laundering
gamesph is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
gamesph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. gamesph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
- Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Abuse Prevention: gamesph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
- Promotion Changes: gamesph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on gamesph are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all gaming activity on gamesph:
- Random Number Generators: All gamesph games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been independently tested and verified to ensure fair and unpredictable results.
- Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, gamesph reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. gamesph will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake where applicable.
- Bet Acceptance: gamesph reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed in error or bets that exceed applicable limits.
- Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in gamesph's server logs shall be considered final and binding, subject to review by gamesph's compliance team.
- Live Games: Live dealer games are subject to additional rules specific to each game type. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before participating.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gamesph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:
- Registering more than one account on gamesph.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or its games.
- Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to gamesph immediately.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the gamesph platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the gamesph platform or its underlying technology.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing gamesph staff, support agents, or other players.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
Zero Tolerance Policy
gamesph operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, and money laundering. Any player found to be engaging in such activities will have their account permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.
gamesph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential harms associated with problem gambling. We provide the following tools and resources to all registered players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
- Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic reminders of the time spent gaming during a session.

PAGCOR Responsible Gaming
gamesph supports the responsible gaming framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to seek assistance through PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources and support channels.
All content on the gamesph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of gamesph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the gamesph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the gamesph platform without prior written consent.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any gamesph content.
- Use any gamesph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.
- Frame or mirror any part of the gamesph platform on any other website or platform.
Any unauthorized use of gamesph's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by gamesph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gamesph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the gamesph platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
- Loss of data or account information.
- Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond gamesph's reasonable control.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results or platform content.
gamesph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gamesph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude gamesph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the player's gamesph account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting gamesph support. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements and provided no outstanding wagering obligations remain.
- gamesph-Initiated Termination: gamesph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you are found to have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if gamesph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
- Forfeiture of Funds: In cases where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions — including fraud, cheating, or money laundering — gamesph reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances.
- Survival of Terms: Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after the termination of this Agreement.
gamesph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gamesph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top. Your continued use of the gamesph platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must stop using the gamesph platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of this Agreement.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and gamesph, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations that fall within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply.
